Saturday, February 21, 2015. A little putting and Fountain Hills Art Fair. First butterfly I've seen out here. It was so pretty and big. Paul found a putting green in our park and challenged Steve (who plays couple times a week all year long).think they had a fun time .but I believe Steve probably won the battle. Tuesday, June 5, 2012. We went on a little adventure today with our buddies that we hang out with in Arizona. There's a little place called Moonshine, population 2! In the middle of NO WHERE! I think his burger wasn't QUITE as big as the one he had at Rawhide, but it was a double cheese with bacon so I'm sure the calories were equal! Just like old times in AZ.great fun guys! Sunday, September 2, 2012. Austin's first college game! Austin's first college game! Under the threatening skies of Isaac! But we only had a few sprinkles now and then so it worked out. He did the kick off and the punts and the points after touchdowns. He's doing the point after here (#6). As you can see by the officials indication, it was good AND it ended up being the winning point as it gave us 21 points and we went on to win the game 21-20! Way to go Austin! Let's keep it going.see you next week.

Saturday, June 13, 2015. A Day of Fishing. This fish was about 19" long and weighed about 7lbs! It was amazing to see. Well he caught another one a few minutes later that was a little bigger, almost 20". They filleted them all and Paul is going to freeze them. So enjoy these pics. The canal Linda and Ron live on. Looking for that certain spot. Paul threw his cork out and a little gator grabbed it.crazy! And he catches a little sunfish! Okaywhere are the fish. So now we begin the Tilapia fishing.

Wednesday, March 28, 2012. Home again, Home again! Well, we have been home for 3 weeks today! The weather here has been great too! Although we have missed the 80s we were having out in AZ and CA but we're thankful for the weather here at home. OF COURSE, Paul has been taking advantage of it and fertilizing our yard and getting his garden ready! Things are even planted! Now if they don't get their ears nipped in April we'll have radishes and onions and beets in a few weeks! Abi yells "I need a boost G'ma".

Monday, June 22, 2015. Our last stop on the trip back. Should be home tomorrow afternoon. Been a long trip but so much fun. Today was for ME.a quilt shop here that's suppose to be really big. IT was, almost too big.overwhelming but glad I got to see it anyway. A quilt shop I've been wanting to come see. It truly was a bit overwhelming to me. Tuesday, July 24, 2012. Abe Lincoln sites with 2 Grandkids. Kyle asked us during the winter if we could take him to "rub Lincoln's nose". SOOO what grandparent could say no to that! Haley and Kyle came down and spent a week with us and over to Springfield we went. Just made a day of it and took them to the home, tomb and museum. Great place to take kids and get a history lesson and they don't even realize they are doing homework while having fun! Lincoln's desk.a bit small the kids thought. SMILEday one&...

Friday, January 30, 2015. Thanks to my dear, sweet husband for taking us to the Quilt Show in Phoenix and my dear sweet friend Bev for going with me. We went to a HUGE quilt show with over 350 vendors. It was great, if you are a quilter or sewer. Now Bev doesn't do either but she says she really enjoyed it and learned a lot! And saw a lot of neat quilt displays. Thanks for going with Bev.you were a trooper and I really enjoyed having you with me. Showing her one that I'm currently working on myself.

Friday, October 12, 2012. Yogi Halloween 2012 and Pinewood Derby Day. We had a busy couple weekends recently. First we spent a weekend at Yogi campground on their annual Halloween weekend. Enjoy it with us. Our first event was the "mummy" wrap contest. We had to wrap the kids in toilet paper and the best covered wins. Abi and Avri each won. Can you guess who is who? Always have to make room for s'mores! Nice night for a fire too.little cool. Papa and Uncle Tony get the job of cooking b'fast. Yum, yum.
