On Monday 29th August 2016. Closing Friday 28th October. Opening Monday 7th November. Closing Thursday 22nd December. Opening Monday 9th January. Closed Thurs 23rd and Friday 24th February. Closed Friday 17th March. Closing Friday 7th April. Opening Monday 24th April. School closes on Thursday 22nd June. There will be a minimum of three half days for staff meetings by order of D.E.S. Where contingency arrangements are required (snow days) we may reduce the length of the Easter break.

New Board of Management. Staff Member: Siobhan ODriscoll. Parents Reps: Donal OSullivan. Bishops Nom: Fr. Martin Spillane. Parish Reps: Gerard P. Harrington. The car park has now been widened and resurfaced. The Warning Lights have been fixed by Cork County Council. Stays have been fitted to the nets in the pitch. The school has been repainted. New facia boards, gutters and downpipes were fitted at the rear of the school.

School Tour Trip to The Lagoon Activity Centre Roscarberry. A Trip to Cahermore Strand June 2016. Mrs ODriscolls class took to the rock pools of Cahermore Strand where they had lots of fun searching for, finding and learning about the large variety of creatures and plants of the strand and rock pools. Irish Coast Guard visit to our school.
