Friday, 28 January 2011. Cairngorm Mountain and CMRT. The relationship between Cairngorm Mountain and the CMRT has continued to grow over this winter. Last week saw a joint avalanche training with the Cairngorm Ski Patrol and CMRT which culminated in a major avalanche scenario on the Coire Cas Head Wall. Cairngorm Mountain also gave assistance with restocking the rescue box in Coire t'sneachda during the week by providing use of there new Canam Quad. Sunday, 6 June 2010. Rise in mountain fatalities.
