My journey to fitness with the ups and downs and some bumps along the way. Monday, October 31, 2011. After a very long my family and I headed home. I showered and headed out with my friend LeeAnne for a burger and POUTINE. And believe me it was a huge poutine and I ate it all. I didn't get sick but I did get a food buzz. drunk form the fries. Haha. After dinner we headed back home and hung out in the hot tub. All in all, it was a great day. And I am happy with how I did. Me and Kim Chartrand.

Friday, October 28, 2011. 6:15 am - wake up, eat my pancakes. 6:30am - get coffee for my friend who's doing my hair. 6:45 am - get my hair done. 7:45am - leave to my competition. 8:20am - arrive to competition. 9am - do my own makeup, get dressed. 11am - get ready to hit the stage. 3pm - celebrate with friends and family. 4pm - go home, change and go out for some food.
