Not only do I feel like I carry a constant stress load due to my hubby's ex, but it seems like everything else is piling now too. I don't wish all the negativity on anyone I know and care for, but it would just be nice to feel like I had someone who understood the depths of my loads of shit happening in my life. Even just for an hour. A Grrrrr Type of Day.

Tuesday, June 14, 2011. Gomer's Banana Bread Pyle. My Mom seriously makes THE BEST banana nut bread I have ever had in my life.and I have tried a lot of banana bread. This is a family recipe, so I have gone back and forth on even posting it. But I figure.I don't have many people who look at my blog, and even if they did, I like braggin about my Mom's cooking (and mine of course! This makes quite a big batch, but it never stays around for too long. 1 C butter or oil (I use butter). 4 eggs, well beaten.
