Old Bay and Mustard Salmon Cakes with Lemon Dill Greek Yogurt Sauce. My mom used to make me salmon cakes for lunch when I was younger. My dad and brother never liked them so I always thought it was something special that we shared. This recipe is my play on her version :). 1 big can of salmon (mine was from trader joes). 3/4 cup of chopped veggies of your choice. Some suggestions: red onion, bell pepper, spinach, scallions. A glob of olive oil Hellmann’s mayo (about 1.5 tablespoons). 1/2 tsp dried oregano.
