Hiked Rattlesnake for the first time. Check. Banged up knees. Done. Strained quad. Done. Needing Albuterol. Done. Massage. Done. Now to shed this obnoxious 20lbs and get back into shape. Back to work and then onward to a week full of hiking adventures with good friends in the olympic peninsula! I love the PNW in the summer!
