It's Pancake Day so time to dig out that mixing bowl, whisk and frying pan. Here is a VERY simple, tasty and foolproof recipe to ensure you have a flippin' good Shrove Tuesday. Of the above ingredients and put them in a mixing bowl. Whisk together until a smooth consistency. Pour into a frying pan and cook until golden on each side. You can add other ingredients into the mix to 'jazz' up the humble pancake, my favourite is a handful of desiccated coconut. 300g Light Brown Sugar. 1 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda.
