小田原産フルーツを使った焼き菓子、旬のケーキ、オリジナルデコレーションケーキを上質な素材とこの道一筋３０年以上のシェフが作ります！ その味は今まで思っていたカシスの味とは違いえぐみが全然なく、すっきりとした酸味の濃い味にびっくり！国産だからなのか、無農薬栽培だからなのか、理由は定かではありませんが、こんなに違うものかとしみじみ思いました。 そのジャムを使ったムースを作り、中にオペラ社のミルクチョコレート「ディボ」で作ったミルクチョコムースを入れて、贅沢なアーモンド生地を底にしき、周りをビスキュイで巻いて、上にカシス生クリームを絞って仕上げました。 どうですか～色といい、飾りつけといいワクワクしますよね～(*´▽｀*). 営業時間 １０：００～１９：００. 藤稔（ふじみのり）は、神奈川県藤沢市で生成されたブドウの事. 又収穫できる期間が短く、一か所のブドウ園で２週間から３週間ほどしかないそうですので、美味しく食べられる期間も短いということですね。 しっとり、フレッシュな旬のショートケーキはお勧めですよ～！ 営業時間 １０：００～１９：００.
