Adventures of Cake Girl. July 12, 2011. 1/2 Cup Earth Balance, softened. 2 Tbs Flax Egg ( 1Tbs 1/4 c H2O). 3/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour. Preheat oven to 375 F. Cream Earth Balance and sugar until Fluffy ( 5 minutes using electric mixer on high or 15 minutes by hand). Mix in 2 Tablespoons of the Flax egg mixture, add vanilla and salt.
