Miercuri, 13 mai 2015. 125 g margarina (eu am folosit unt). 60 g zahar pudra. 6 g praf copt. 1 lg mare de amidon (eu am folosit pudra de tapioca). Curatam rubarba si o taiem bucatele de 2 cm. Punem zaharul peste si lasam 15 minute, Apoi scurgem sucul lasat si adaugam vanilia si amidonul. Framantam toate ingredientele pentru aluat, untul si smantana reci de la frigider. Rupem o bucata pentru gratii, restul intins si pus in forma unsa cu unt. Cam asta este. Servim pudrat cu zahar sau cu sos la alegere.

Summer is very nearly here – well, there is a smidgeon of sunshine and we Brits need to take what we can get while we can! These cupcakes just scream sunny days, BBQ’s and long, lazy evenings. For a cupcake, these were a lot more work – cutting out circular sections, filling with a raspberry and jam and custard (which you make yourself) and then piping more custard on top.
