I was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana where my passion for food is more like a culture. I graduated Culinary School in 2008 and was named Apprentice of the year by the American Culinary Federation. I began my experience as a line cook for Ristorante Del Porto in Covington, Louisiana. I was fortunate enough to work under two extremely talented Chefs at Del Porto for well over a year.
