Frosting types (all of my frostings are homemade):. Buttercream Frosting - traditional off-white buttercream. Snow-White Buttercream Frosting - traditional all-white buttercream. Chocolate Buttercream Frosting - creamy milk or dark chocolate buttercream. Marshmallow Fondant - smooth, rolled covering with a marshmallow flavor and texture (off-white). Any of these typed of frosting can be dyed almost any color and can be flavored with almond, amaretto, vanilla, coconut, and/or butter flavorings.
