As I had some left over cola I chose to make my favourite bundt. The addition of the cola ads a moistness and sweet depth that you get from a standard chocolate cake recipe. My recipe starts from the the Baked. 2 cups coca cola (fat coke not diet). 1 cup unsweetened cocoa. 1 tablespoon expresso powder. 1 1/4 cups caster sugar.
