Monday, January 7, 2013. Dudes it's for real 2013! How did that even happen? Last year went by SO FAST! As the inaugural year of Tartlet Bakery, I have to say it was full of support, encouragement, awesomeness and TONS of learning experiences! Big love to you all! For 2013 I have lots of ideas and I really want to see what I can do with Tartlet this year. I want to grow as a business owner, and I want Tartlet to reflect the things I've learned and the ideas I have. Cheers to you all!

Thursday, April 19, 2012. Finally I've got macarons DOWN! It took me a few tries, but I've finally got a recipe/strategy that works for me. Those little suckers are kind of a pain in the patoot! At 9:30 last night, after a hardcore fail of an experiment with liquid egg whites (those bastards would not peak! I finally got an amazing batch of macarons. They all came out perfectly smooth on top, with beautiful feet, and they're light and fluffy inside. I'm so ecstatic, you don't even know. Probably for 4-6 ...

Tuesday, August 28, 2012. A Love Letter to King Arthur Flour. My darling King Arthur,. Thank you for all that you do! I will always love you! Seriously, you guys. King Arthur Flour is the best stuff. I love it. It makes everything so much better. I highly recommend baking with it, if you haven't already. If you have, then you already know! My favorite is the White Whole Wheat. It allows me to incorporate whole wheat flour into more of my baking because it's so mild and yummo! Location: Bay Area, CA, USA.

Friday, June 15, 2012. Tartlet Bakery will now be selling items at Cafe Pascal near the Richmond Marina! This cafe is soooo cute and sells really yummy french inspired food and desserts. So, starting on Monday, I will be going there super early in the morning to bake fresh goodies three times a week! This is such a step forward for me! I want to eat them off of the screen! 2 Place bu...

Wednesday, May 30, 2012. Vegas Food. Wow. Back to life, back to reality. Vegas was fun and tiring! I wish I could say that I was there to party, but I was actually there for a class. I'm taking an exam to get my PHR certification next month and there's so much to cram in my head! Not the best photo, but it makes me drool nonetheless. They also had a really cool chocolate fountain (not a disgusting one that people actually dipped things into, it was behind glass). I had some mint chip gelato and it wa...
