We first were so lucky to go see presenter Angela Davis speak in the University Theatre. She made it evident how lucky we are to be able to take courses such as this one since not many places would offer something like it. So that made me appreciate tonights class a little bit more! Along with that is constantly checking Facebook. To add to my procrastination, as well as hotmail. Job postings or anything that can take my mind off homework. What about the students and my personal life, what am I comfortable with them knowing? This was fine with me becuase I was only in internship but I had a great connection with my students and I can’t imagine having anything less!
