The main beach at La Fosca near Palamós. The track takes you along the promenade, following the beach to the south end of the village where you have a small climb up to the old ruined Castle of Sant Esteve de Mar. The cami de ronda then follows the coastline to one of the gems of the Costa Brava, Cala Estreta.
