A Game or a Death Sentence? Tuesday, October 9, 2007. Football is one of if not the most violent sport. It is too dangerous for children to play and there should be age restrictions so that they can't play it. Every play in a football game is a potential for an injury. Injuries to young children can be critical because they are not fully developed yet. It is not worth it to risk life altering injuries just to play a game.
