Betsy put the letter around the corner of the stack that Abby was currently perusing, but unfortunately she never went any farther down to discover the letter. Caleb waited in the computer area praying Abby would find the letter and checking the results of the Creighton game to calm his nerves! With his computer time. God is so amazing! PS I have a younger brother named Caleb!

In which our heroes, having made it through several wet and tempestuous nights, decide that the time has come to pack up their tent and embark on the homeward journey - much to the delight of their eldest children. We took a different set of highways and interstates home, because Caleb wanted to stop at Chimney Rock. Looking back, maybe stopping that close to nap time wasn't the brightest idea we've ever had.

Rapunzel…let down your hair! November 06, 2011. Yesterday we celebrated Tess’s 4th Birthday with a Tangled-themed birthday party. Most of the things we did were handmade, so I thought I’d share them here. I used almost an entire pound of yarn to make Rapunzel’s hair. I strung it about 25 feet long and attached it to the light fixture at the front door, then drug it across the clock, around the shelves, up over the curtain rods, then it ended across the mantle. The flags were found at Paging Supermom.
