Short & Small. Big & Tall: May 2013
http://jeffandholl.blogspot.com/2013_05_01_archive.html
Reece turned 8 on May 25th so we headed to the Red Sea for his baptism. He invited a few families to come and be part of his special experience. We were so glad to have the Risleys, the Goehrings, and the Josephsons there with us. I love this giant smile on his face. Pres Risley, our branch president, and our friend Kelly waded out to help them. Kelly was pretty stable, but Pres. Risley and Jeff were not doing so well. Jeff felt like a one-legged man trying to stand up in the ocean. Finally, the baptisma...

Tuesday, August 11, 2009. Next "what we did for our Summer Vacation". We headed to Spanish Fork for the weekend. Our first stop The Golden Spike National Monument, where the East met the West. Location, out in the middle of nowhere. Near a place where rockets are made and top secret stuff like that. But, the kids (especially Corbin) loved seeing the trains. They fired them up and let them run. Corbs was in train heaven! Corbin in ahhh as the trains fire up! Watch out John Wayne, here comes Cowboy Tanner!

Tuesday, May 26, 2009. We went to Clifton for Memorial Day. It is absolutely beautiful there. Very lush and green. Nathan said it reminded him of Ireland. I loved it! We left Sunday right after church and enjoyed a meal with my parents. It was rainy and overcast and quite breathtaking. We helped Grandpa move the pipe on the park lawn (didn't need watering, but he had water so went for it). We sat out on the porch and watched the rain and clouds come down the mountain. What a great weekend! We had Brycen'...

http://jeffandholl.blogspot.com/2015/04/braithwaite-sister-weekend.html
Braithwaite Sister Weekend: September 2014. We began the next day with some tours of old Plantation Homes. It was really interesting to see these old homes and to hear the stories of the people who lived in them. By the end of the third home we were all starving so off we went to a fun cafe for lunch. The Fickle Pickle was a fun lunch stop in an old Georgia home that had been converted into a cafe. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Christmas Day and he said NO PEEKING. She also has been doing gymnastics, it was a rough start, she fought going and cried, but the teachers encouraged me to keep bringing her, so I did, and now she runs to class because she is so excited! Brian has finished law school! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Web Sites to Visit.

Wednesday, September 23, 2009. End of Summer.Beginning of School. In mid-August we had a family reunion at a place called Meadow Lake. It was a really pretty lake, that was stocked with fish.so it was perfect for kids to go fishing. We ended up leaving early, though, due to cold and rainy weather. Mike and Uncle Marc manning the boat with six kids aboard! Aunt Jill had a fun craft project for the kids.painting little star ornaments! So we helped with the harvest. Finished product (times about 24)! Brooke...
