Happiness can begin now, despite your circumstance life can be fun again!
I originally called this website. Believing at the time that my goal was to be happy as much of the time as I possibly could. The truth is, most of my life I had hoped for perpetual happiness. Maybe I didn't always think about it that way, but hey, who isn't trying to be happy? The point is, by thinking about it, and incorporating some strategy and I guess logic, I am able to raise my mood a few notches more often then before. I don't wallow in sadness or despair and life is much better in this place.
