Tri's, 3 kids and Life. Sunday, January 19, 2014. It's been a busy week. Schedule for this week:. Monday- the gym (just for learning the machines). Weds- strength training at the gym. Sun- 9.3 miles. HMRRC Winter series 15K race. Total miles goal: 22.3. In the rest of my life this week, we've been busy with regular work and school things. Yesterday was a marathon sewing day. The problem is that, Mack and Jack both wanted to sew, so my time on the machine was limited. Jack made his first ever pillow!

Jeff in the Berkshires. Monday, June 2, 2014. I'm coming slowly back into running after an almost 6 month hiatus for a pn injury. It's really show and hard and difficult to remind me how daisy it was before, But, I'll keep plugging. Jeff- in the Berkshires. A wild cat and a bear? Goodness, it is wild Kingdom there. Id love to see a wildcat, but am leery of bears. Well.Im afraid of them to put it simply. Your garden looks small but I bet its mighty! Hope the deer dont reach inside and eat your produce!

May 9, 2011 @ 7:27 pm. 183; { Family. Mother’s day was peaceful and wonderful. Pat made a delicious brunch that featured new table linens from Grandma and Meggie. The kids planted me an herb garden with a few vegetables and flowers. The day was filled with family time, just hanging out and enjoying one another. Today is a different kind of mothers day… Grandma is gone and Pat is at work and there are four kids in the house with just me! I fully admit to a jar of sauce and a box of spaghetti for dinner.

(It’s quite odd to not be able to just say “the girls” – since the new little one arrived, I need a new phrase! They were present at Kenzie’s birth and absorbed the miracle of life firsthand. They were in that moment completely, and I know they will never forget it. It was a lovely moment to share with them. Oh, the first brush with death!
