64 calories per Tablespoon of honey. Replace sugar with 2/3 to 3/4 cups of honey for every cup of sugar. Use 1/4 cup less of liquid for every cup of sugar replaced. Reduce oven temperature by 25 degrees Fahrenheit when baking. Also, add half a teaspoon of additional baking soda when baking.
