2009 Kookaburra Slave Auction. 2009 Calgary Kookaburra Slave Auction. Schanks Sports Grill at Crowfoot Terrace NW. Saturday 12 September from 7pm. 12 (includes finger buffet). This is the Kookaburras' biggest fundraising event of the year so come on down to Schanks, bid on a few items and help your Kookaburras get to the US Nationals in Mason, Ohio this October. In addition to the auction, there will be activities such as virtual golf, pool and mini golf available on the night. 4 hours of spring cleaning.
