We were on the water by 7:15 am after launching from Rio Vista we crossed the shipping channel and headed east up the Sacramento River. I've been paddling as much as possible taking advantage of the unbelievable weather we've been experiencing. This may be the driest January on record for the San Francisco Bay Area.
