As a group we are in very good heart. We have just finished the Book of Esther, which took rather a long time and involved much lively discussion. For a couple of of sessions during Lent and then after Easter we are moving to the New Testament and studying Paul's Letter to the Philippians (one of those written whilst he was in Prison). The Australian Government is now funding a Pastoral Support Program for the Callington Primary School community. The Christian Pastoral Worker is engaged in a variety of activities and support work. Sports Day was held on Tuesday April 8th. All teams worked extremely hard and showed great support for each other. SRC held a fundraising cake stall and a great day was had by all.
