Ash's Goings Ons: December 2005
http://franleia.blogspot.com/2005_12_01_archive.html
It's a little blog about what's up with me. Experience 1: the funny. I sound like that! Experience 2: the new. I WENT SKIING TODAY! I took a beginner's lesson, and I had so much fun! I'm so glad that I gave it a try. I was considering just snowboarding and cross-country skiing until I got more of a chance to watch folks on the mountain. I still want to try a bunch of sports, but I do like skiing. Yay, new skills! Experiece 3: the bad. Posted by Ashleigh @ 7:29 PM. Burlington, Vermont, United States.

House MD Redux: Wilson's Heart ~ Medical Utopia

Utopian thoughts on medicine, meded, and policies. Tuesday, 17 May 2016. House MD Redux: Wilson's Heart. Posted on 11:19 am by Medical Utopia. So people who know me also know what a huge fan of the TV Show House MD I used to be. Though I had vicious disagreements with some of the diagnostic trajectories and story lines, in general, the concept of a pained, misunderstood genius appealed to me. I enjoyed watching this misdirected misanthrope and felt his unreal genius attract me. The songs. oh the songs.

This week I need to send out these three articles in addition to start properly studying for the steps. This is going to be an unpleasant set of days up ahead of me. Ash's Goings Ons: October 2005
http://franleia.blogspot.com/2005_10_01_archive.html
It's a little blog about what's up with me. I made a quick and easy version of Mexican pizza for lunch today. Of course, refried beans were a main ingredient. For some reason, the whole time I was eating I had this little diddy in my head:. The more you eat. The more you toot. The more you toot. The better you feel. So let's have beans. A magical fruit. I never could make the connection between that and the following lines. It makes a lot more sense now. Pomegranite is absolutely disgusting. Yesterday, I...

Ash's Goings Ons: June 2005
http://franleia.blogspot.com/2005_06_01_archive.html
It's a little blog about what's up with me. Well, my time here is through. Time to get back on the road, northward HO! Posted by Ashleigh @ 9:43 PM. I'm at my aunt and uncle's house nursing my sunburn, which is now all gross, painful and blistery. Plus, it's on my foot, in part, so I basically can't do anything. Apart from that, things are all good. I know that as a graduate student my schedule would be pretty much year-round anyway, but finals now? Group of 3 prof-like guys). Oh and do laundry! I camped...

May 30, 2013. I’m writing this now from San Francisco, sitting on an air mattress in my new apartment, with the dog curled in a packing blanket that I also used as a comforter last night. We’ve spent the past four days traveling across the country to arrive in our new home. Some highlights from our trip:. Our route took us through Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, Wyoming, Utah, Nevada, and California. This totaled 2,358 miles over 35 hours of driving time. We had one pretty remarkable Google ...
