Saturday, January 22, 2011. Ok, so there have been some huuuuuge changes in the past month. Two of the things that I have been holding my breath for a while about came through within hours of eachother. I got engaged and I got a new job! Last Thursday, I started a new gig at the Knot. Where I'll be Art Directing in the Creative Services department. It's been a crazy first week and it's definitely going to take some time to settle in, but already I'm feeling happier and more inspired! Can you believe it?

Monday, June 07, 2010. Ok, so it's official! Short Girl Long Name, LLC. Is legit and open for business! More details to come on this since I'm still figuring out how this grownup stuff works, but this is a major step in getting my freelance design work off the ground (pats self on back.). To give you a sneak peak at what I've been working on, here's a little taste of some save-the-dates that I just finished for a beautiful bride-to-be. And we'll be sending them out in envelopes from Envelopments.
