What is Hot Stone Therapy? You may have seen many pictures while researching for a hot stone massage of someone lying face down on a couch with pebbles placed down their spine, in reality this does not happen. So what does then? Some stones will be placed on your body for example on the soles your feet, in your hands, behind your neck and at the base of the spine. The heat from the stones can be deeply relaxing and it helps to warm up any tight muscles so they can be worked more deeply. Fever / colds /flu.
