Monday, August 30, 2010. I remember it so clearly.I was at the Hereford. House in Lawrence, KS for a Walgreen's. Recruitment dinner. The slide show was nice and fancy. The company looked great, the benefits looked great, and I just couldn't think of any reason why this company wouldn't be good for me to begin my pharmacy career. They were the #1 retail pharmacy chain and I could see why. It's hard to believe that was over 6 years ago. I spent over 4 1/2 years with Walgreens. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Sunday, November 7, 2010. I had my first visitors come stay with me! Wellnot WITH, but in the driveway rather. in the RV. I don't quite have the accommodations yet to fully entertain, so mom, dad, and Renee came with their own housing. I'm glad they got to come see Norton and my pharmacy. We drove around town, ate a good lunch at Destination Kitchen, made chili, and watched a movie.in the RV of course! I'm really missing my dishwasher. Tuesday, February 23, 2010. It was my weekend to work, so I missed the group "team" training this past weekend. I hit the gym bright and early before work to run 4 miles on the dreaded treadmill. It's so much easier for me to run outside. Running on a treadmill is so boring and takes FOREVER! I successfully finished and arrived at work still red-faced and sweating.
