They were as Japanese as it gets- leaving their shoes by the door, showering us with gifts, and ooohing and ahhhing over things like mashed potatoes and scrambled eggs. It was so nice to have a little piece of Japan in our home for the weekend! Here is Lia and Ron with our guests before Ron took them to the airport on Monday morning. It seems funny to be saying that Ella is turning 11 months old today because it is only the 28th day of the month.but since this is the last day of February, we are saying that Ella is 11 months old today. It doesn't help that the photo snapping has been just about absent around here. It's sad when my iphone takes better photos than my digital camera - and they still aren't that great. Oh well! Wednesday, December 31, 2014. Logan running up the hill the second we got to the ski slope. Lia trying out her sled before attempting her first run down the hill.
