Your thoughts do not seem to be located inside your body. You are in every thought, but the thoughts aren’t in you. When I refer to “you”, it isn’t your mind nor your physical body. But rather your presence or being. You can see, hear, smell, taste, and feel. You can experience many sensations. You are presence itself.
