Friday, October 26, 2012. Pink Will Be Our Color This Spring. A couple of weeks ago, I went to the doctor for my 20 week ultra-sound. As anyone who's had a baby knows, this is the BIG ultrasound, during which you find out the gender of the baby (or in our case, babies.). Thanks to Laura for making these cupcakes when I didn't have the energy! We are all so excited and feel so blessed to have these two sweet babies coming to our family soon - now we just need to come up with some names!

Thursday, August 11, 2011. Sleeping on the porch. Wednesday, August 10, 2011. Night Float is hard. Night float is hard, but not really on me. Tonight when I left for work around 7PM, Leo was surfing on applesause that he had spread all over the kitchen floor, Elise was crying at the dinner table because she didn't want any sauce on her noodles, and Chloe Hazel was MIA, but I think she might have been in the restroom. Wednesday, August 3, 2011. Happy Birthday to Juli! Also, Happy Birthday to Juli! She sai...

No Better Group!: Stand In Holy Places
http://andrewandelizabeth.blogspot.com/2013/09/stand-in-holy-places.html
Monday, September 23, 2013. Stand In Holy Places. We are in the process of moving to a new house. It has been years since we outgrew our old house, but we stayed there, trying like crazy to make it work - until we just couldn't anymore. For years we hung on, mostly because the thought of leaving our neighbors and school and ward was more than we could imagine. For posterity's sake, here is my talk:. The theme for this month is Stand in Holy Places. I am grateful for the opportunity I have had to prep...

amber's little wonders: October 2012
http://amberslittlewonders.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html
Monday, October 22, 2012. Even if it’s at our local grocery store, at 8:00 pm no less, by golly, we will pick out our pumpkins as a family. One for each boy. It’s tradition. Normally we make a family outing of it and drive into the country to a quaint pumpkin patch. We take the hayride, we get lost in the corn maze, we take fifty photos (maybe more), and walk away with three absurdly over priced pumpkins. This year that was not in the cards for us. You keep tradition the best you can : ). Her style is mu...

amber's little wonders: A monumental first
http://amberslittlewonders.blogspot.com/2012/12/a-monumental-first.html
Sunday, December 16, 2012. In all the history of this little family of five we have constructed our very first “Gingerbread” house! Actually, it was the four of us since Daddy was away on business in D.C. And if you count the one construction worker who felt it was necessary to taste test every type of candy we had to put on the house (I guess he was part of the Health and Safety Department), then it was the three of us. No Better Group!: Nine Months Later
http://andrewandelizabeth.blogspot.com/2012/03/nine-months-later.html
Thursday, March 8, 2012. Shortly after Lucy was born, I remember having the feeling that our family was complete. I had Abby, my three boys in the middle, and as a bonus, I finally got another girl. It was a good feeling knowing that we were done - and it was the feeling I had been waiting for ever since Andrew and I started having kids. So, imagine my surprise last July, when I found out I was pregnant again. Only this isn't a birth announcement, so obviously it didn't happen that way. There is a part o...

No Better Group!: April 2012

Monday, April 23, 2012. Henry's First Birthday (Party). Because Henry and Isaac have birthdays only five days apart from each other, all the birthday party excuses I outlined in my last post about Isaac, also apply to Henry's birthday. Henry just turned seven, and like Isaac, he's never had a birthday party either. Henry had a hard time narrowing down his guest list, so we ended up having a party with 14 of the cutest seven-year-olds you have ever seen. Luckily for us, it was a hot day and all it took wa...
