caterpillar to a butterfly: Update.
http://lindshymas.blogspot.com/2010/01/update.html
Caterpillar to a butterfly. A caterpillar turns into a butterfly. If a mindless insect can do it, why couldn't I? Was it any more unimaginable than the sinking of the Titanic? Rose Calvert, Titanic. Since Jeff and I have been absolutely horrible at chronicling our lives through photographs lately, here's one of the few from our honeymoon. I wish I could say we had one from Christmas, but I can't. :(. But here's our update. Have a Belated Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! January 2, 2010 at 5:14 PM.

Tuesday, April 26, 2011. Jealous of a Third World Country. Yes, I am. I miss it. I miss you, Paraguay. More specifically, I miss my friends there. It makes me sad that it may be a long while before I see them again. One of the sisters from my mission is headed there shortly and I'm preparing a little package to send to my dearest family there. Here are some pictures. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). A little of me. An Edwardian State of Mind. Jealous of a Third World Country. View my complete profile.

Historically Romantic: June 2012
http://historicallyromantic.blogspot.com/2012_06_01_archive.html
Thursday, June 7, 2012. What a difference three years make. The Metropolitan Museum of Art - Dress, Evening. That's right. I'm coming back and with a bang. I've done so much historical research lately that I need a place to put it all. It should be fun and interesting. I'm currently writing a novel centered around the Lusitania. So that will be the focus for a little while, unless of course, I find other interesting things as well. You've got to love how the fashion and the times changed from the Titanic.

The Oylers: MONTANA
http://timandwendi.blogspot.com/2015/08/montana.html
Saturday, August 1, 2015. We went to Flathead Lake in Montana for our Hughes family reunion this year and to celebrate my grandma Hughes's 90th birthday! What a great life she has lived! Since we don't want to get eaten by bears and we have a lot of littles we decided to stay in Missoula at a hotel with some cool water slides. The boys had a blast swimming in the hotel pool and going down the slides over and over and over again! Anytime we all get together it's a party and we always have loads of FUN!

Historically Romantic: May 2011
http://historicallyromantic.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html
Tuesday, May 31, 2011. This TV show on Netflix is fantastic. I am in complete love and I'm only on episode four. The show highlights the culture of the Titanic. Era It begins with the death of two family members on the Titanic. Which changes the fortune of the family. The acting is amazing. It is so subtle that on many occasions, I feel the characters are real instead of actors, which is quite a feat. Seriously, if you like period dramas, you must watch Downton Abbey. Saturday, May 14, 2011. There is som...

Thursday, June 23, 2011. I'm definitely planning to focus this blog back to it's original intentions- history. I just watched the movie Pearl Harbor and despite it's many historically inaccuracies, realized I am still very much in love with it. He was the first African American to be awarded the Navy Cross. Cuba Gooding, Jr. did an excellent job portraying him and paying homage to this unsung hero of World War II. Thursday, June 9, 2011. It's true. Our own little "Charlie Brown" is on his/her way.
