Proposing | Cherish

Back to the Roots. On July 16, 2012 · Leave a Comment. One of my friends is thinking of proposing to his girlfriend and i was telling him that he could propose on the plane, like one of those movies, you know? But i said, maybe you want to wait until the end of the flight though, in case she says no – awkward! Then you’re stuck on a 15 hour flight together. My friend turned to aaron and said, “it’s still not to late to change your mind.”. Aaron: will you marry me? Looking up at me… pretty romantic).

So a little while ago i compared living in hong kong to a wild animal being captured and put in a cage. everything is done for you. someone can clean for you, cook for you, wipe your bum… oh, maybe not that. space is smaller. you learn to be content with what you have. what do you want to do this weekend? Go to the other side of the cage… i mean island? Losing my personal time? Filed under Back to the Roots. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

How can you keep wanting to share the love of God with people around you? Because really and truly, you can just take a back seat, clock into work, do you thing, leave sleep, and repeat. if you don’t fight for it, it won’t happen. but what makes you want to fight for it? And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient to death even death on a cross! This verse from Philippians reminds me that Jesus Christ descended from an even greater height seated in glory with God to an even greater low, a fallen world of sin. Ultimately...
