CAMP BOUNDARIES AND RULES. The condition under which your application for use of the camp is accepted is that the following rules and procedures are observed:. Each group is to be instructed in their responsibilities in respect to preserving good relationships on Kawau Island. No private property is to be entered without permission of the owner. Map of the camp. No firearms, airpistols or rifles are to be used on the island. No fireworks of any sort may be ignited on the island.

FEES including GST effective from 1st Sept 2016 (subject to change please check). Map of the camp. 4 years and over. Minimum nightly charge is 50 people @ applicable rate, 60 people for holiday periods and long weekends, 40 people off peak season. Above fees apply to day visitors and those sleeping on boats and using camp facilities. Rates include boat usage. Arrival before 3:30pm or departing after 1:30pm must be arranged with the manager, excluding weekly school groups. Group to meet with Manager.

All eating utensils (plates,mugs,cutlery), 8 burner gas stove, electric stove, commercial toaster, fridge, dish sterilizer, freezer, cool room& cooking utensils. Self catering or names of caterers can be supplied. Map of the camp. Main accommodation block 80 beds, 3 new bunkrooms with 10 beds in each, Molly room 10 beds. Camp Bentzon has 120 beds in total, mattresses and pillows supplied. We have some 10mm foam tenting rolls available. Bring airbed's or stretchers. YOU WILL NEED TO BRING. Ph 09 422 8881.
