Reserve your spot while you still can. Completed applications are reviewed on a first come, first served basis. Incomplete applications or those without deposits will be returned. If you do not receive confirmation within a few weeks, contact Justin Thomas at 919-743-5400 x3217. We have limited space, so it’s important to apply as soon as possible. The total camp fee is $700, and payment of the non-refundable $100 deposit fee reserves a slot for your child. And complete the attached application form.

Camp Carolina Trails is a non-profit organization, and we rely on the generous donations of individuals, corporations and foundations to help us reach as many children as possible. Last year we needed to raise more than $130,000 in order to cover the camp’s expenses. While the subsidized camp tuition fee is only $700, the actual cost per child is approximately $1,200.
