Located on a waterfront section of the facility, the Tenting Area is completely canopied by old growth oak trees and elegantly draped with Spanish Moss and Air Plants. The area is directly adjacent to the nature trails entrance and separated from the other camping areas by an inlet of the Myakka River. This section of the facility is especially popular from early Fall to late Spring, and all Holiday periods. Reservations are Strongly Suggested during these periods.
