Besor Ministries: September 2009
http://besorministries.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
Encouraging the Exhausted and Excluded. Friday, 18 September 2009. If the truth be told, I thought more about this issue - the dominance of orange, than I thought about things related to Besor and the Ghana Mission fundraising campaign. Now given I was on holiday, I guess this was a success, the aim being to get away from it all! It was lovely. We (that is Julie and I) spent much of the week operating in a significantly lower gear, gently drifting through the week, much of the time moored by the pool.

Besor Ministries: Besor Ministries - where do we go, what do we do?
http://besorministries.blogspot.com/2011/02/besor-ministries-where-do-we-go-what-do.html
Encouraging the Exhausted and Excluded. Sunday, 27 February 2011. Besor Ministries - where do we go, what do we do? They need hundreds of NZ$ to rebuild and all I have is a spare 50$! Following my churches visit to Romania in October 2010, which I and a friend (Terry) co-organised, there are several invitations to go back and support various projects. Primarily its me and a few friends. We have limited resources - time, mone...

After staying a few days in Accra we journeyed. And on to Jacobs Village. Jacobs Village is a small place with about 500 people living in it. It's situated 12 km outside of Swedru. In the Central Region. Living there, in what is a quite typical compound, built as a square with a small central courtyard.

Besor Ministries: Back and What a Year!
http://besorministries.blogspot.com/2011/02/back-and-what-year.html
Encouraging the Exhausted and Excluded. Thursday, 24 February 2011. Back and What a Year! It's amazing to think it's been nearly a year since my last post! So much has happened that to go into detail now would bore even me. However a quick overview:. Returned from Ghana having had a great time. Still in contact with sister Esther and The Good Shepherd School. Have sent some money out there and others continue to do so. Thanks to Kathryn (& her work) and Melissa for their support. I'm not currently leadin...
