By Looking On The Brighter Side. Chemo is all done, found out on thursday, so Friday decided to sign up for ‘run for the cure’, which was yesterday and completed it with my daughter. Was lots of fun, and with the amazing support, I have already exceeded my goal and now trying for $1000…. Here is link to my/team page.

Just want to thank everyone sooo much for their support- I reached my goal and ‘then some’ with grand total $1435 … in less than 1 week, WOW thx sooo much everyone, it just goes to show what you can achieve with a bit of ‘passion’ and support- will be going for higher goal next year, with a whole team we hope- ‘Sisters united’. Sorry to those, who have been asking, all is ‘good’ and I am just sat getting ’round’ 7 of chemo ( 4 1/2 mths in), and as you can see by the picture, I finally decided (during my spin class the other day! That its ‘ok ‘ for ‘the world’ to see me ‘as I am’! Cheers for now, will know in 3 weeks if I need the last round of chemo- or not after my next scan… will keep you posted. Heather and Mal Burge.
