This is my first time taking IPPT (Individual Physical Proficiency Test) as an NSmen… lol Life too good recently, cant run fast already… As expected, I failed my IPPT test haha…. But its nevertheless an experience. I still remember a few years ago, the IPPT test were all done manually with lots of PTIs (Physical Training Instructor) around making sure everything were done law by law… lol. Saturday, April 23, 2011. My IPPT 2nd Attempt 2011. Alright… once again, I failed my IPPT fitness test… lol. With slight improvement and deterioration in performance here and there…. According to my previous attempt. The number of sit-ups i do drop by 2 (from 37 to 35). The number if chin-ups increase by 1 (from 8 to 9). The time taken to complete my 2.4Km run improves slightly by 5 seconds… lol but overall I still failed because i ran way too slow… sigh… =(. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Sunday, December 02, 2007. Exam is finally over at around 1530 of 29/11/2007. Whether is it good or bad. sigh. I have no control over it anymore. lets just hope for the best for all. And I know that my work is not yet over. I still have my DDP project! 1 more week of suffering! Hehehe but just let me relax a while for this weekend. Friday, January 28, 2011. Mellben Seafood Pte Ltd (AMK). I went to Mellben Seafood Pte Ltd. It is located at:. Block 232 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3, #01-1222, Singapore 560232. Some friends reached there early at 7pm to queue up first. Then I and a few friends reached there at around 8pm. Around 8:10pm, we made our order. We was told that our waiting time for the food to be served to us is 1.5 hour (8:10pm to 9:40pm)! The first dish is 风流鸡. The buns to eat with the chilli crab sauce. The 辣椒螃蟹 (chilli crab)!

Sunday, April 24, 2011. F1 Redbull @ Singapore Orchard. Went to Orchard to see F1 Redbull car in action! Clear photo without any motion blur… while the car is not moving… lol This is perhaps one of the few clear photos of the F1 car. The rest are relatively blurred.
