Monday, June 10, 2013. Addie is off to church camp this week so Macie and I introduced Leah to the pool! She liked it. She is getting to be such a big girl. 7 1/2 months already. Laney came by to join the fun. I love being outside after a storm has passed by. Something about the smell and stillness of it all is mesmerizing. This evening was so pretty. Friday, April 26, 2013. I do enjoy cow work. I remember as a girl always wanting to be involved with the process. Helping my grandpa T. milk cows was such a wonderful experience that I will never forget! I remember getting up way before the sun comes up and gathering the cows on Spike ( the old, reliable horse) while G-pa got things ready in the milk house. Whether rain, snow, or flys and heat I LOVED IT! I remember my first trip to the vet w/ my dad was the vet pulling a calf. That was cool!

Here they are doing their cuteness. Cute little Christmas stories about reindeer, songs and games. Kyndal wanted to wear the hat that went with the shirt so she forewent the antlers. Silly girl. Since the 2nd grade program was during November, they made it a tribute to our veterans. They sang all the military anthems along with other patriotic good ol' ones. Friday, April 26, 2013. Sometimes you luck out with the perfect Santa. Sometimes, not. And you never know what you are gonna get! Our neighborhood hosted the BEST Santa EVER. Pretty sure was the REAL one! His voice was kind, beard.oh-so-real, asked questions, took time to chat and ask questions. He was awesome. Made great eye contact. Made them feel comfortable and good. Told stories and made them giggle. I wish I could tell him he is in the perfect profession! But the kids all looked cute! Abby - day 4.
