Later that same day I encountered a man who was super sweet proudly told me the church he went to and that he served in a Sunday morning ministry then when I mentioned that I knew someone else that also served in that ministry he started talking down about that person! A Journey Through Myself. Sick of my “Mom Flab”! Yesterday after talking to a friend about our bodies, our desire to loose weight but we had no time no energy and no one to watch our kids while we tried. All fairly decent, valid excuses for two moms with multiple kids between us. 8221; I started trying sit ups, I did TWO. Just two. I couldn’t pull myself up the third time…. Seriously. 10 sit ups later I stopped, impressed with myself. I went on for 10 more, more jumping jacks, hmmm what else can I do?
