Saturday, November 29, 2014. 5 whole small/medium sized Snappers, Parrot or Goat Fish cleaned, with the head and tail left on. 1 1/2 tsp. (7 ml) Salt. 1 1/2 tsp. (7 ml) Pepper. 2 Scotch Bonnet Pepper. Cook time 20 min. Wash fish in vinegar and water. Dry fish in paper towel and place on a plate. Cut a small deep gashes on each side of the fish. Place Garlic in the pot and heat on high.

Once you start eating you wont be able to stay away. This is a wonderfully rich Southern pie recipe that is the best I've tried. Pastry Dough or Store Bought Pie Shells. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and place a baking sheet on the secon rack. 3 Lightly prick bottom all over with a fork. 4 Chill intil firm, at least 30 minutes.

About 2 tbsp of lemon juice and the zest of the lemon. 4 tbsp white wine. Pepper (to your liking). 1 tbsp fresh cilantro. 1 tbsp fresh parsley. Trini Chinese Style Chicken. 2 chives, chopped.
