Kaesers in the Caribbean. Saturday, May 31, 2008. Joy finally arrives in Dominica! After our bus ride, we arrived at our apartment to drop off our luggage. It is a cute, little place and will be perfect for our 16 months here. But, since we choose not to the run the air conditioner, it is very hot and humid. During the day it is in the upper 80s in our apartment. Many of the producers and directors stayed in the cottages. Pretty cool, huh? We miss everyone and can't wait to see everyone in December. ...

I know it's been a few months since I have posted so here's a quick update: In August I went into pre-term and was put on bed rest until Connor was born. On November 27th he decided to make his appearance. Labor started at 5 am and he was born at 5:59 that night. Connor was 7 pounds 8 ounces and 19 inches long, a perfect little boy!
