It's the Journey, not the Destination. Wednesday, February 17, 2010. Return of a wayward blogger. This blog went from daily to weekly to monthly to quarterly. lol. I am staging a return with renewed vigor. ;-). Where do I start? Things have been, well, let's just say. I'm still trying to get back to a more consistent exercise routine, although I have been good about doing some work from home - the core exercises from the PT and the resistance. Bands I realize that I've got to get back to more cardio.
