Make it with or without the glaze. 3-4 lb. boneless pork loin roast. 8532; C grated Parmesan cheese. 189; C honey. 3 Tbsp soy sauce. 1 Tbsp dried basil. 1 Tbsp dried oregano. 4 tsp chopped garlic. 189; tsp salt. It adds just a tiny hint of maple, rather than using vanilla to flavor the batter. Huge muffins and delicious! 2 1/2 c flour. 1 t baking soda. 1 t baking powder. 1 1/4 c brown sugar. 1/2 c butter, softened. 1 t maple extract. 1 1/2 c blueberries (fresh is best, but would probably work with frozen. 1/4 c cinnamon- sugar mixture.

I'm the only one in my family who will eat this, but it is SO good! 1/2 stick of butter (1/4 cup). 1/4 of a medium yellow onion, chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 cups half and half (or 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of heavy cream). 3 cups chicken stock. 1/4 cup corn starch. 1 large carrot, peeled and chopped small. 4 cups broccoli florets (about 2 heads). If you have a bigger ham, just multiply it to make approximately enough. More is better than less. 1/3 c brown sugar. 1/4 c lemon juice. Mix together and spoon over sliced ham. Bake until done. Good for regular donuts, or filled. 3/4 c whole milk. 1/4 c skim milk. 1 1/2 T yeast. 1 1/2 t salt. 1/2 t mace (nutmeg can be substituted). 2 T powdered milk. 1 1/2 t yeast enhancer. 3 c flour (or less).
