Narrow down their trip options we ask them to choose which country they want to paddle and camp in. BWCA: Off the Grid. JUNE 3 - 9, 2015. Rob and I opted for the complete outfitter's package which included all camping gear, food and canoes. We spent the first night in the Outfitters bunkhouse and after a pancake breakfast we loaded the canoe's onto motor boats and the outfitter dropped us off at American Point. This is the northern-most border point before you cross into Canadian waters. Like all great vacations, they seem to end too soon, but it will certainly be an adventure I'll never forget.
