Azienda Agricola Ganci Borgo Grappa - Latina. Meeting and team building. Colle Morello Cabernet Sauvignon I.G.T. Lazio. Vine row pruned with the cordon spur system. The yield per hectare (2.5 acres) is 70 quintals of grape. Lazio, province of Latina. Colle Morello is the place where we grow our Cabernet, nearby the lake of Fogliano. It grows up on red soils with a medium texture, slightly sloping. Intense ruby red colour. A wide red fruit aroma with hints of spice and vanilla. Serve chilled at 18-20 C .

Azienda Agricola Ganci Borgo Grappa - Latina. Meeting and team building. CIRCEO BIANCO D.O.P. - Protected Geographical Indication (Denominazione Origine Protetta). The cordons are pruned by the Guyot pruning system. The yeld per hectare is 220 lbs of grapes. We grow our rows of Trebbiano on the slopes, close to the Lake of Fogliano, red soils of medium texture, sunny and refreshed by the sea breeze. Perfect accompaniment to fish and seafood, but also delicate dishes of white meat. Serve chilled at 8-10 C.
