Monday, February 18, 2013. A couple of days after Christmas we got some serious snow fall, like as in 6 - 7 inches in one day! The kids had so much fun playing in it. I pulled both kids around the yard in the sled, and then when I would tire out and need a break Halie would take over pulling Burl around. She is such a sweet sister to him. He handled the whole freezing cold/snow thing much better this year than he did the last time we attempted it the winter before last. Getting ready to go down the hill!

Monday, March 4, 2013. A Wise Woman.Have I Been? I know I normally post family pictures and happenings here on this blog, but this morning the Lord is dealing with me on an issue and I feel the need to organize my thoughts and "get it down on paper" so to speak. I thought there was the possibility of it helping someone else so here I am. The other day I was reading in 1 Corinthians for my devotions. Thursday, June 14, 2012. May finally brought a bit of warm weather, hot enough that the kids were able to enjoy the sprinkler and their little pool. Halie finished up her school time for the year, and finished the 1st grade level of the Hooked on Phonics reading program. She has just soaked it up and LOVES to read anything and everything! Cuties Jackson and Luke. Both kids had a great time and it made for a fun day while Daddy was gone. Mother's Day with my two sweet kiddos. A castle that Halie built.
